I’ve seen too many people try to do it all on their own: manage employees, run the numbers, do creative work, be client-facing, maintain a consistent social media presence, and so on. When we try to do too much ourselves, details go missed and important pieces can fall through the cracks.
While our team cannot take everything off that overflowing plate, we certainly can help with the marketing side of things.

Hi! I’m Cortnie Davis, lover of churros and color and laughter. I’ve been told I’m “confetti personified”, which explains the name here. Plus, I really do live my life like that cliche: throw kindness around like confetti.
I started my first business, Cortnie Dee Photography, when I was fifteen — essentially the minute I picked up a camera, I knew I wanted to run my own business. I had no idea where it would take me, or that I would ultimately become a full-time wedding photographer, but I knew that I wanted all the freedoms that came with self-employment.
As it sometimes goes with self-employment, though, I’ve held part-time positions for other small businesses. Whether helping run administrative tasks (like filling out paperwork for the city to ensure the building was up to code) or providing design work (like building websites from the ground up using sites like Squarespace and Shopify), I’ve had a hand in building foundations for success…and ultimately, that’s what I feel is my life’s work, especially for women-owned businesses.
Helping people thrive is my happy place. If I can use the tools I’ve learned along to way to help busy business owners get back to doing what they love, I’m living to my fullest potential.

She joined Like Confetti early 2022, and while she's currently solely rocking out all Social Media projects, she's super excited to dive into the world of web design!
When she's not working, she's finding cute new coffee shops and restaurants, buying all the e-books, and hanging out with her pups and her beau.
